Therapy is a courageous endeavor, so welcome to your first step in finding the right therapist for you.

I am a clinical therapist who firmly believes that everyone could benefit from a safe and sacred place where reflection, vulnerability, processing and healing can begin. Therapy is a wonderful catalyst for change, and I am truly honored to be part of your journey. Whether you are seeking individual, perinatal, family or couple’s therapy, I will work collaboratively with you to build rapport and individualize your treatment goals. You are the expert in your life; I am simply a vessel throughout your therapeutic journey as we identify your strengths, resources, and abilities to overcome any obstacles that may arise. I strive to be an inclusive therapist by honoring and valuing my clients’ complex and multilayered ethnic and cultural identities. I am also a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, welcoming sexual, gender, and relationship diversity in my work.

My clinical interests include working with marginalized and minoritized groups. I am trained to facilitate healing for complex trauma such as sexual, physical, and emotional abuse as well as severe neglect. I am also well versed in identifying healthy coping and self-soothing mechanisms related to depression, anxiety, life-stage transitions, school-related concerns, and stress-management. I am also experienced with parent coaching, divorce and post-divorce issues, self-esteem, couples conflict, grief & loss.
