(She/Her/Hers)
Sometimes we get stuck, or we need a different perspective, or just a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental, and supportive person to whom we can unburden. The best treatment for you is not usually a one-size fits all approach. It would be a privilege for me to collaborate with you to process and guide you on your healing journey if you earnestly desire growth, healing, and/or change.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who obtained my Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, IN. I believe in a holistic integrative method in which our mind, body, emotions, spirituality, relationships, and environment are all connected, and when any of those areas are out of balance, it affects other areas as well. I am an open and affirming therapist who approaches clients with cultural humility. I work virtually with individuals aged 13 and up, couples, families, or housemates. I can offer guidance with anxiety, boundaries, communication, coping skills, depression, gender issues, grief & loss, health difficulties, identity struggles, pre-marital counseling, relationship concerns, self- esteem, managing stress, life transitions, and more. I look forward to learning about you and discerning your revitalizing process together.
