(She/Her/Hers)
You’ve taken the hardest and most important first step in your healing journey, and I’m glad you’re here. I hope we can continue working together in your growth journey. As your therapist, my role is to help you identify and overcome the obstacles preventing your growth. Whether it feels like it or not, you are the expert in your life. Through various life experiences, it can start to feel like you no longer have control. I am here to help you recognize your strengths and grow your confidence to steer your path forward.
I believe in the power of a person-centered and multicultural approach to therapy, where your voice and identity are at the core of our work. I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space that honors and respects every aspect of who you are. My practice integrates a mix of therapeutic techniques that best fit you and your needs. These include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), existential psychodynamic approach, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to provide a comprehensive and holistic treatment plan. I am continuously learning and finding resources to address all client needs.
I work with ages 13 and up, with a special interest in college students. I work with clients to address issues such as depression, anxiety, major life transitions, boundary setting, LGBTQIA+ concerns, women’s issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and self-esteem. Whether you’re navigating significant life changes, seeking to build healthier relationships, or working through feelings of self-doubt, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can work toward creating a more fulfilling and balanced life. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.
